By using Pleasure Compared you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What we are

We are a price-comparison service. We do not sell, stock, ship or handle any product. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer you click through to. Your rights over an order — delivery, returns, refunds, faults — are with that retailer, under their terms.

How we make money, and how that affects what you see

We earn a commission when you click through to a retailer and buy something. That costs you nothing — the price you pay is the retailer's price.

Because that is a commercial relationship, you deserve to know exactly how it influences the site:

• It does not affect ranking. Prices are ranked by what you choose — best value (price plus delivery), lowest price, fastest delivery or retailer rating. Commission is not an input to any of those. A retailer cannot pay to rank higher.
• It does not affect the catalogue. Product information comes from manufacturers and retailers, and is checked by us. Paying us does not change a product's details.
• We may not list every retailer. We show the retailers we have a data feed from, so "best price" means the best price we know about, not in the entire market.
• Retailers pay us for subscriptions and data services. Any placement that is paid for will be labelled clearly as such.

Prices and availability

Prices come from retailer feeds and change constantly. We show when we last saw a price, but the retailer's own site is always the authority. If a price differs when you arrive, the retailer's price is the real one. We are not liable for pricing or stock errors in a retailer's feed.

Products on this site

We list adult and sexual-wellness products. They are intended for adults, and retailers will apply their own age and eligibility rules at checkout. Nothing here is medical advice — if you have a health question about a product, speak to a qualified professional.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, scraping, or to attack the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy our catalogue or prices. We license that data — see our API if you want it properly.
• Generate artificial clicks on retailer links.
• Interfere with the service or try to access other people's accounts.

Content and intellectual property

Product names, images, manuals and specifications belong to their manufacturers and brand owners, and are shown to help you compare. The comparison itself — our catalogue structure, price history and the site — belongs to us.

If you own rights in content shown here and believe it is used wrongly, email legal@pleasurecompared.uk with the product, the content and your rights in it, and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

Business accounts

Retailer, manufacturer and API subscriptions are billed in advance under the plan you choose. Feeds must be accurate and kept up to date; we may suspend a feed that is persistently wrong, and delist the prices of an unpaid account.

Liability

We provide the comparison "as is". We do not promise the site is always available or error-free, and we are not liable for your dealings with a retailer, or for loss arising from relying on a price that has since changed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
